By accessing or using D3vTools ("the Service"), operated by CODE NEXUS s.p. Igor Ilić, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Free vs Premium Service

The Service offers both free and premium tiers. Free tools are available to all users with rate limits. Premium tools and higher rate limits require a paid subscription. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and recurring billing. Cancellation can be done at any time from your account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service for illegal activities, distributing malware, or attempting to bypass rate limits or access restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

No Sensitive Data

Most tools on D3vTools process your data entirely client-side within your browser - nothing is uploaded to our servers. For server-side tools, we make reasonable efforts not to store or log your inputs beyond the duration of the request. However, you are solely responsible for the data you enter into any tool. Do not paste, upload, or otherwise input sensitive information such as private keys, API secrets, passwords, personal identification numbers, or any other confidential data. We are not liable for any loss, exposure, or damage resulting from your decision to submit such information through the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CODE NEXUS s.p. Igor Ilić and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CODE NEXUS s.p. Igor Ilić shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
